Hi, I just wonder if it's in focus in your view finder, if you use strange c-mount lenses on a Beaulieu i.e., will it turn out sharp on the film? Maybe a stupid q but anyway.

If the viewfinder groundglass image is set correctly to your specific eyesight, then yes it will definitely be in focus even if the lens is not collimated properly. I love that Beaulieu groundglass, it never lies.

It?s only critical when shooting infinity, whith the focus setting at it?s end. When the lens is not adjusted correctly to the body, it may be slightly out of focus, or simply not give that typical crisp-sharp Beaulieu results. But that?s the same problem with original Beaulieu lenses, if not adjusted correctly to the camera where they are used.
